My mission is to help YOU find TRUE FREEDOM from your eating disorder
Letβs partner together to create your healthiest body & life that you absolutely adore.
As young as age 8, I remember being self-conscious with my body
I suppose growing up as a dancer & professional figure-skater will do that to you. It was pretty early in life when I established unhealthy patterns with food & my body image. In my mind, the better you looked, the better you performed. The better you performed, the closer to perfection you became. Being perfect was something I longed to become.
When other girls were sleeping in & hanging out with friends, I was practicing at the ice rink. I lived & breathed figure-skating. It was the one thing that made my soul feel truly alive. It gave me peace, safety, worth & structure. It also kept me sane through abusive high-school relationships.
As I got older, the need to become more & more perfect grew stronger. That's when I decided if I could control my weight, then I could finally achieve all that I wanted for myself, on & off the ice. My mission to drop ten pounds in order to perform better after an audition with an international skating company quickly spiraled into a pattern of food restriction & over-exercising. I counted every calorie in & every calorie out. I became absolutely obsessed with my body image & physical performance.
My life came crashing down when my battle with anorexia had finally taken it's toll. In a matter of nine months, my mission to lose weight led to bones, organ failure, & misery. I weighed a total of 92 pounds on my already petite frame & it still wasnβt good enough. I knew I needed help, but I didn't know how to get it or if I truly wanted it. My mind had ultimate control over my heart.
With treatment, interventions & nutritional therapy I gained the weight back in a healthy way & started transforming my mind & belief in myself in the process.
It was then that I knew my recovery was my calling.
Iβve turned what was killing me into the very thing that gives me lifeβ¦.helping women find freedom from this debilitating disease. If I can completely transform my relationship with food & my body through intuitive eating principles & intuition therapy, so can YOU my friend!

βLindseyβs coaching helped me to make lifestyle changes I didnβt believe I could.
For example, letting go of the scale seemed like an impossible task but with her support I did it & once I did I felt incredibly empowered. This one step dramatically changed my life & I have never looked back. The biggest change came not only from believing I could become my own hero but also realizing I could shed the ED identity. My mantra became βI do not binge, I do not restrict, I do not have an eating disorder. I eat for fuel & to provide my body the nutrients it needs to perform at its best.β Repeating this over & over to myself allowed me to break free from the chains ED had me in & no longer believe I was, or desire to be, identified by an eating disorder.
My biggest takeaway from this experience is that we are in control of our own lives. Everything that we think becomes what we believe & shapes what we do. By shifting our thoughts & our mindset we can accomplish anything. Being wrapped up in my ED always felt like I was living under the clouds. I could see the sunshine on the other side of the road but it always felt too scary, too unknown to cross over. ED would whisper to me how dangerous it was to step into the sunshine, I would immediately gain 1000lbs, everyone would judge me for βletting myself goβ, I would never be able to get back to this body & person that I was.
Lindsey was my beacon of hope when I was at my darkest point & she showed me the beauty & freedom on the other side. With her coaching I was able to step across that road, out from under the clouds, free from EDβs abusive voice. Let me tell you, once you cross that road you will realize everything ED was telling you is a lie. Over here in the sunshine things are easy, free & I have never been happier with my body or myself. I could not have done this without Lindsey.β
